The Potscapes Shoppe was born out of the lifelong gardening hobby of our founder, Pamela. What started out as a fascination for plants and all things “garden” as a child, grew over decades to become a firmly rooted passion.
Through the years, as an avid gardener, it became second nature to explore new plants. About 15 years ago, a lasting connection was made with succulents and cacti! The tremendous variety in colour, shape, form and texture found in succulents was intriguing and remains unmatched.
The genesis of Potscapes was the creation of personal succulent and cacti arrangements reminiscent of little landscapes in exquisitely paired pots: “Pot” (land)”scapes”
This quickly morphed into an expansive collection of succulents and cacti built not only through acquisitions, but also through successful propagation. Always happy share cuttings and advice, tips and guidelines, this hobby eventually blossomed into the desire to make these beautiful, high-quality plants available to others. Keen to provide easy access to shopping led to the founding of an online store.
